As an independent designer and brand MJ has a firm policy on returns and exchanges.

For exchanges please contact hello@madisonjewelinski.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanged products must be unworn and in the same condition as received.

We cannot accept an exchange that has signs of being worn, altered, or damaged.
